Your regular ride, made simpler
SaahiRides Subscription Benefits
Subscription totals are calculated from the published On-Demand fares multiplied by the number of planned trip legs, plus the applicable 30-day route-lock fee.
Automatic Eligibility
Planned benefit: eligibility can be identified when the same time slot and fixed-distance journey are used over 3 days. Automated eligibility checks will be implemented later in the booking bot.
Your Dedicated Driver
Enjoy a familiar, dependable driver for your regular route—like a family member dropping you at work or college.
No Daily Rebooking
Once your subscription is set up, you do not need to book the same regular journey through the portal or app every day.
Automatic Ride-Balance Deduction
Planned benefit: ride balance will be deducted after each completed ride once the booking bot supports this calculation.
Expiry Reminder
Planned benefit: a reminder is intended 5 days before plan expiry; automated reminders will be added with the booking bot.
Route Lock
Lock in your regular route for a more consistent everyday commute.
Unused Balance Carry-Forward
Planned benefit: unused eligible balance can roll over to the next month and must be used within 5 days of carry-forward. Balance tracking and expiry enforcement will be implemented in the booking bot.
SOS at No Extra Cost
SOS is available with the subscription at no additional charge.
Ride Insurance at No Extra Cost
Ride insurance is available at no additional charge, subject to the applicable coverage terms.
On-Demand Pricing
Pay for each trip.
- City fares use cumulative distance slabs up to 30 km.
- Each distance slab uses its approved multiplier.
- For a city trip beyond 30 km, the separate city-to-outstation handoff rules apply.
- Bike, Scooty, EV, Auto and Cab options have their applicable rates and service tiers.
Subscription Pricing
Plan your regular route for 30 days.
- 30-day one-way total: On-Demand trip fare × 30 + ₹199 route lock.
- 30-day both-way total: On-Demand trip fare × 60 + ₹299 route lock.
- Planned automatic eligibility detection after the same fixed-distance trip and time slot are used over 3 days; bot calculations will be added later.
- Dedicated driver, route lock and no need to rebook the same daily trip manually.
- Planned automatic ride-balance deduction after each completed ride and a reminder 5 days before plan expiry; these automated calculations and reminders will be added to the bot later.
- Unused eligible balance is intended to roll over for one month and lapse after 5 days if unused; the bot will enforce these rules later.
- SOS and ride insurance included at no extra cost, subject to applicable insurance terms.
Important: On-Demand city pricing applies only up to 30 km. The city-traveller threshold is separate from normal outstation bookings. Confirm the applicable vehicle, route, subscription tier and final itemised fare with SaahiRides before booking.

City Trip Distance Limit & Outstation Handoff
City cumulative pricing applies through 30 km. For city-cab trips beyond 30 km, the extended city fare now increases progressively instead of jumping to the 100 km charge at 50.01 km. These city bands do not replace normal outstation booking minimums.
| Actual city-trip distance | Billing treatment | Rate-equivalent billing basis |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 30 km | Existing cumulative city pricing | Actual progressive city fare |
| 30.01–50 km | 50 km rate basis × 1.25 | 62.5 rate-equivalent km |
| 50.01–100 km | Increase linearly from 62.5 to 150 rate-equivalent km | 62.5 + (actual km − 50) × 1.75 |
| Above 100 km | Move to separately approved outstation policy | Outstation tariff and minimums apply |
Illustrative rate-equivalent examples: 50 km → 62.5; 51 km → 64.25; 75 km → 106.25; 80 km → 115; 100 km → 150. Multiply this equivalent by the applicable cab's approved per-km base rate. This keeps the fare continuous at 50 km and avoids a sudden 50-to-51 km jump.
Scope: This extended city-cab calculation applies to Non-AC and AC cabs only, not bikes, scooties, Scooty EV, Auto Rickshaw or Electric Auto Rickshaw. Above 100 km, normal outstation rules apply, including 350 km minimum one-way or 300 km/day minimum round trip, calculated Hyderabad garage-to-garage. Night charges apply from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Normal Outstation Cab Rates & Policy
| Cab category | One way (₹/km) | Round trip (₹/km) |
|---|---|---|
| Sedan | ₹18 | ₹16 |
| Ertiga | ₹22 | ₹20 |
| Innova / Crysta | ₹25 | ₹24 |
- Normal one-way outstation bookings: 350 km minimum billing.
- Round trips: 300 km per day minimum billing.
- Distance is calculated Hyderabad garage-to-garage.
- 5% GST extra. Toll, parking and driver bata are included.
- Night charges apply from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
